We had a fantastic time at this hotel! The pool was a perfect spot to unwind after a long day, and we enjoyed some relaxing time in the jacuzzi too. The only small hiccup was that our room was a bit far from the elevator, but it didn’t really affect our stay. 😊

My room wasn't cleaned daily unless I requested it, which was unexpected. A used towel was left on the counter when I checked in. Staff, while generally friendly, could improve in communication, particularly regarding room services. Still enjoyed the warm pool and the fitness center. I might stay again but with different expectations.
